Agreement to Terms

By booking services with ShowMeClean NWA ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

ShowMeClean NWA provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Barry County and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to:

• Recurring home cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Deep cleaning
• Move in/move out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Small office cleaning
• Gift cards

Booking and Scheduling

• All service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time
• Recurring services are scheduled at regular intervals as agreed upon
• Access to your property must be provided at the scheduled time

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% of service fee may be charged
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full service fee may be charged
• Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle
• Recurring customers may arrange billing terms
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property
• Secure or remove valuable or fragile items
• Inform us of any hazardous conditions or materials
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity)
• Communicate any specific instructions or concerns

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will return to re-clean the area(s) at no additional charge
• Re-cleaning must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original service

Liability and Insurance

• We are fully insured and bonded
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets, under cushions, etc.

Privacy and Security

• All team members are background checked
• We respect your privacy and confidentiality
• Keys and access codes are securely stored
• We will never share your information with third parties

Gift Cards

• Gift cards never expire
• Gift cards are transferable
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barry County, Missouri.
